Thank you for shopping with Sons of Light. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit.
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original method of payment.
1. Return Time Frame
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date or delivery date. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Clearance or "Final Sale" items.
Personalized or custom-made products.
4. Exchange & Store Credit Process
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or item of equal value, please email sonsoflight1th5@gmail.com to initiate the exchange.
Store Credit: If a suitable exchange is not immediately available, we will issue you store credit (in the form of a gift card or digital code) equal to the value of the returned item(s). Store credit does not expire.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are exchanging an item, [the cost of shipping the new item to you will be covered by us / will be charged to you].
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will gladly replace the item or offer full store credit, including shipping costs.
